$225 for 5-hour time slots (9:00am-11:00pm)
$425 for all day (9:00am-11:00pm)

Multipurpose Room Rental:
$50/hour or $150 for 4-hour time slots 
* Icemaker and microwave included
* Multipurpose room can be rented for small bridal showers, photoshoots, business meetings, entreprenuer's office space, romantic couple's dinner, etc. This room can easily convert into any type of space that's needed.

​Booking:
25% of rental fee and signed copy of rental agreement due at booking to save your date. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date.
