Are tables and chairs included in your rental price?
Yes! We have enough tables and chairs for 200 people. 15 round tables (that seat 8), 8 round tables (that seat 10), 5 8ft. rectangle tables, 2 round couple/cake tables, and 5 high top cocktail tables. We also have an 8ft handcrafted bar for your use.
Do you have tablecloths?
Yes! We offer table clothes for our tables, for $10 per tablecloth to rent.
Do you have wedding packages?
Yes! We have several wedding packages to choose from, which can me email to you upon request.
Do you have a bridal suite?
Yes we do! We have a bridal suite perfect for you and your bridesmaids. It will be an additional $50 to use unless you get a wedding package.
What is the building capacity?
Building capacity is 275, however once you place tables and chairs in venue amount of people would decrease based on space.
How do I book my event?
Once a date has been decided on, the only thing we will need is a 25% deposit to secure the date and a signed rental agreement. Final payment is due 15 days prior to event. Dates cannot be reserved without a down payment.
Can I bring in my own vendors?
Yes! We are a non-exclusive venue, which means you bring in your own vendors, caterers, decorators, DJs, photographers, coordinators, etc, but the renter will be responsible for all vendors that they allow in the venue.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
As of June 1st, 2019, we do not issue refunds for scheduled events, however, our clients are more than welcomed to use their credit towards an event for any date in the future.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Yes! Alcohol can be served at any event, but it cannot be sold, unless you receive special permission from the city to do so. Please call to discuss the rules of serving/selling alcohol in this facility.
Is there enough Parking for my event?
Yes! There is a public parking lot behind Time Capsule as well as parking on the square.
